LOL! Long story. The car we were to go to the reception in got blocked in by an un-named family member who arrived late! So my cousin offered to run us to the reception in his car but it was a small 2-door car. We tried to get me into the back with Brian but alas, the dress was too big to squish back there. As we were pulling out of the parking lot, the photographer ran up to the car and snapped this picture. there you go, Ashley... the long version. :)
That is soooooo cute! Let me just add one little item to the story...my husband was the one who offered MY car to take the newlyweds to the reception. Such a sweet guy! BUT, he left with Jen and Brian and forgot ME, one of the bridesmaids. I had no idea where he and my car had gone! Glad I got to see the pic again to remind me...you two are still very cute...18 years later!! Love you, Kristin
Not many people get to live their dream job... But I am! I'm married to my highschool love - 21 years now! ...and mama to 2 super girlies! We're part of an awesome church and we live near our families! We have such a "rich" life, much like the life of a Czar! (pun intended!)

i have TOTALLY never heard that story... haha!!! I love my Mama and Daddy!
wow.. the black and white (or sepia) feel to the picture makes it seem like one of those ancient photos of the grandparents' generation!
